Yoga & Yog- The Covid Killer
As we grow older our body start giving symptoms of going towards there is no movement or you may say complete silence. So before reaching on to that last destination everyone should try not lose any moment of life as “ye zindagi na milegi dobara”, it’s not just a slogan but a true fact which will be notified by one who wants to know with true dedication.
Yoga, in my
words is a way only to meet the other one as then only “Yog” will be done or you
can say Yog nahi to Yoga nahi. “Yog” means to add, now what to add and in what
to add. So here a person or the Yogi who is performing any “asana” should union
him/ herself with the soul inside him only in the feet of the supremacy.
It’s not
necessary everyone to remind all the asana instead sitting comfortably in “Siddha/
Padmasana” in right posture and following the steps mentioned in “Ashtang Yog” in
which Shadmukhi Mudra, Anulom-Vilom etc. comes. All of these are the practices one
must do every day on a selected time, empty stomach sitting on a soft “yoga mat”
or better to do in “Brahma-Muhurat”.
Anulom-Vilom
is the focal or main aspect of doing “Yog” and all about the concentrating on
your breathing is the only way to achieve the best of your life. The people who
used to practice Pranayama or Anulom-Vilom used to have the peace in mind,
positive in nature, helpful to others, nature lover, good in their immune
system, healthy, good learner (for kids said to practice from childhood), Kids
become genius if they do pranayama in their daily practice. It’s beneficial for
the people of all age groups. Older people says we cannot move now but here
there is no need to give pain to your body as you are not doing “Yoga” you are
doing “Yog”. “Jaise doodh me makhan aise
hi yoga me yog” (Ashakt hone par, ham Kisi bhi posture me yog kar sakte hain).
With yoga
& yog one can take over on all the diseases he/ she is suffering from,
there are some techniques which will be introduced by own when someone will
reach on to that level and it’s not tough but need the courage to do.
A person practicing “Yog” in daily routine should have mild vegetarian food in diet along with some specialized herbs that make the practice more effective. A few are like Aprajita, Shankhpushpi, Honey and Cow’s Milk, Butter & Ghee and avoids Spices, Smoking and Drinking & Non Vegetable food items as well.
